Chocolate & Mint Protein Balls 

I make my own protein balls and here is my first batch using peppermint oil.  I use organic and spray free ingredients where possible.

 30g protein powder 
 50g cocao powder 
 3 tablespoons coconut oil
 2 drops peppermint oil
 2 tablespoons crushed almonds and chia seeds

 I added 5 tablespoons of warm water to mix and blend then rolled into balls and added shredded coconut. 

This makes 16 balls (good size) you could make them smaller. 

My children love them, it's a great healthy snack before or after sports or just on the go!
