Why Berries?

Berries are classed as a superfood and berries are great for the skin and they are very high in antioxidants, as we get older we slowly start to lose collagen, eating berries like strawberries, blueberries, cranberries and raspberries will help boost the collagen levels and will smooth and plump the skin. 
 
Keep hydrated drinking plenty of water, I add a squeeze of fresh lemon to my water, it tastes good and also helps to boost the metabolism. Treat your body well, stay healthy on the inside then it will show on the outside, remember your body is your canvas. 

Add berries into your smoothies, breakfast cereal, yoghurt, healthy desserts or just eat a handful as a super food snack on the run.
