Kick Start The Mornings

I love making my own green smoothies, they are a great kick start in the morning. 

This morning I added in my blender 1 banana , 1cup blueberries, 1cup strawberries , 1/2 cup mango, 1 cup baby spinach , 1 cup kale & 1 cup of ice. 

Very tasty, refreshing and uplifting!
