Protein Balls 

Enjoy a healthy treat.. I only use organic and locally made products  where possible. Ingredients: 250grams organic coconut (Shredded) 60grams protein powder (Bulk Nutrients, Salted Caramel) 1/2 cup organic cacao powder (Mayan Superfood) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons local honey 3 tablespoons organic coconut oil Flaked almonds pressed on outside of the balls. Method: Combine ingredients (not almonds) in a bowl and mix really well, roll into balls, then roll in crushed flaked almonds, place in a airtight container and put in the fridge to set. Enjoy!
